TERMS & CONDITIONS
Myanmar Artworks and KSS Wise Ltd., Part. on behalf of Myanmar artists who they represent would like to express gratitude to all visitors.
All our artworks are created by Myanmar artists. All of the money that you pay us when purchasing an art object, after deducting the various costs and overhead expenses, goes directly to the artists who created the artwork.
Payment, shipment and re-production
As we mentioned in the "How to order" page we can only accept bank transfer at the time being. You need to send us full payment before we can ship the artwork to you.
In the case of ready made artwork the shipment will take place as soon as we received your payment in our bank.
In the case of "order to create" artworks our artist starts the creation as soon as we received your payment in our bank. The creation work will take somewhere from one week to several weeks ( depending on the job ) followed by at least one week for the oil paintings for drying up.
No existing artwork will be re-created to sell to the second persons. When an art item is sold, it will be marked "sold" and can not be ordered again. If you select a picture from our list of Myanmar scenes, the item you selected will be taken out of the list (or) labeled "already painted and sold" and can not be re-created.
If you send us your own photo to create the artwork, we will send the original photo back to you together with the artwork. We will not re-produce the same item for sale to another person.
However Myanmar Artwork and KSS Wise Ltd., Part. will not be responsible for those re-productions of the art items shown in this web site, but made and sold without the knowledge of us.
Also if you send us a photo for producing an artwork, we will not check whether it was already created into an artwork in the past somewhere. If such case happens it will be your responsibility.
Damage and loss during shipment
All the art items will be mailed to you by insured courier service. If the art item is damaged or lost during the shipment, the money you have paid us will be reimbursed to you.
The expense of returning the money to you ( if applicable ) will be deducted. The insurance policy will be defined by the courier service who provides the insurance.
Import Regulations
We will not take any responsibility for the import regulations, charges, tax and what so ever in the country to where we send the artwork to. You are to take full responsiblility of all the import related charges and works, etc. at your side.
Changes in our terms & conditions
The terms and conditions mentioned here may be changed without prior notice. Therefore if you are not sure about anything please send us your questions via email.
The purchasing/ordering of any item from us means your agreement to our terms and conditions.
